We worked with M+G on a complex mixed-use project in Mascot which consisted of an existing carpark that was extended from five to seven storeys, has a hotel in front of the carpark and a four storey commercial building above.

M+G worked with us and the consultant team to review different structural systems for the project to achieve and maintain a very efficient structural layout. The structural layout developed by M+G not only cost less than the initial client budget, but reduced construction time on site, which again reduces project costs.
During construction M+G were not only prompt and accurate with their onsite advice, they were keen to assist with developing structural solutions as required. This was invaluable for maintaining the construction speed and overcoming any obstacles of structural nature.
